This personalised coaching programme is specifically designed for ADHD and/or Autistic leaders passionate about making a meaningful impact on the climate transition. It will help you gain understanding of your own neurodivergence, build confidence in your unique strengths and authentic leadership style, and start taking value-aligned actions toward a work life that is enjoyable, sustainable and impactful.

By the end of the programme, you will:

  • Have a clearer understanding of your preferences, patterns, and the external conditions that support you to do your best work.

  • Have identified your unique strengths and the values you bring to any organisation, and are able to confidently communicate them.

  • Get clarity on what you truly want for your career, beyond titles, expectations, and other people's definitions of success.

  • Have an expanded definition of what you can do beyond the boxes of job titles, and take bold actions towards opportunities that previously felt out of reach.

  • Trust your judgement, creativity, and leadership and show up as your full self at work with clarity and confidence.

This programme is for you if you ✅:

  • Have been formally diagnosed or self-identify with ADHD, Autism or both.

  • Care deeply about making a positive difference with you career in climate change.

  • Work in mid to senior leadership positions in the climate or clean energy sectors (or a strong desire to transition into these sectors).

  • Want to explore how your neurodivergence impacts your work, both challenges and strengths.

  • Desire to bring more authenticity into your work and leadership style.

  • Want to build a more sustainable, enjoyable work life while moving towards your ambition.

What this programme isn’t ❌:

  • Teaching you how to be ‘less’ neurodivergent or ‘fixing’ your neurodivergent traits — I accept your authentic self fully and am here to support you to bring out the best of you.

  • A productivity or time-management course. While I might offer tools from time to time for you to consider, coaching is about helping you figure out the best strategy for your career and leadership goals holistically.

  • Only seeing and working with your neurodivergence. I am interested in you as a person, neurodiversity is only one lens to look at yourself and your career. You decide to what extend, and when we talk about it.

  • A commitment to unmask or disclose your neurodivergence externally. Instead, I will help you bring awareness to your masking so you can make conscious choices to how you present externally. You’re in full control of your actions.

Hi, I’m Yujia. I’m leadership coach for neurodivergent leaders working in the climate transition.

Motivated by climate action, I spent over a decade advancing the energy transition across a wide range of private & public sector organisations including Shell Renewables, Ofgem, National Grid and Piclo.

Now, I help climate leaders build sustainable ways of leading, communicating, and creating impact, without burning themselves out trying to fit conventional leadership moulds. I believe the climate transition needs diverse inputs and the creative solutions.
