Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 25th June 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by YUJIA DU LTD ("we", "us", or "ours"). By booking or attending a session or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide career coaching and organisational training services, which may include one-to-one coaching sessions, group programmes, workshops, digital courses, content delivery, event design and facilitation, and organisational advisory. Services may be delivered online or in person, depending on the nature of the engagement and as agreed in advance. All services will be delivered as outlined in your booking confirmation, service agreement, or programme description.

3. Booking and Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the session, programme, or event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer and Stripe (credit/debit card).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All one-to-one coaching sessions and workshops are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. You may reschedule by providing at least 48 hours’ notice by email. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur the full fee.

Payments for courses, group programmes, and coaching packages are generally non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to facilitate your personal and professional growth. While your coach will support, challenge, and guide you, you are ultimately responsible for your own progress and outcomes.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing mental health issues, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality.

Any information shared during 1:1 coaching sessions will be kept private, except where:

  • You provide written consent to share information;

  • Disclosure is required by law;

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

By participating in group coaching, courses, or training sessions involving other individuals or organisations, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not to share their personal information or experiences outside the sessions. While we encourage confidentiality at our events, we cannot guarantee that others will maintain it.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions or programmes remain the intellectual property of YUJIA DU LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

All coaching, courses, and training services are provided to support your personal or organisational development. While we strive to offer valuable guidance, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in any service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from your use of, or reliance on, our services.

9. Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage in our services—whether one-to-one, in groups, or as part of an organisation—in a respectful, professional, and constructive manner. We reserve the right to remove any individual from a session, programme, or event without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. This applies to in-person and online settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations. The most current version will always be made available, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
