Hi, I’m Yujia.

I'm a leadership coach for changemakers in the energy & climate sectors.

My passion for tackling climate change led me to a decade-long career in clean energy across private and public organisations including Shell Renewables, Ofgem and National Grid. While I loved the purpose behind my work, I kept noticing the same challenge: the gap between vision and reality, and the toll it takes on the people doing this work.

Now, I help climate leaders do their best work, by leaning into their authentic leadership. Whether you are looking to level up your impact or step into a new chapter, I'm here to support you in the process.

90-minute Strategy Workshop

Sometimes you just need space to think through one specific challenge with someone who really gets it. This 90-minute session is for when you're wrestling with a particular decision or situation and want to talk it through with someone who can help you see it clearly. Tailored to your goals, I bring both my business strategy background and my current coaching approach to the workshop.

This 90 minutes workshop includes:

A pre-workshop questionnaire to understand exactly what's on your mind and frame the challenge at hand.
An optional 30-minutes discovery call to help you define your scope.
A 90-minute personal workshop to untangle complexity, explore your options, and get clear on what you actually want to do.
Frameworks and tools that help organise your thinking and make difficult decisions.
