My journey in climate change began over a decade ago when I pursued a Master’s degree in renewable energy at Imperial College London. Since then, I’ve worked in energy transition in commercial, policy and technical roles at organisations including Shell Renewables, Ofgem and National Energy System Operator and Piclo.

While my career has centred around driving systemic change, I’ve always felt a strong pull towards working with individuals more directly. In 2019, I began volunteering at a suicide-prevention charity, offering confidential, non-judgmental support for individuals via face-to-face appointments. This transformative experience taught me the power of acceptance, empathy, and hope—values that continue to shape how I approach both work and life.

As I took on more leadership roles at work, I came to understand that my true motivation wasn’t projects or profits, it was people. I’m at my best when building cultures that enable teams to thrive and helping individuals grow in their careers. This realisation inspired me to found The Climate Circle, a community where women in climate change can have open conversations, build authentic connections, and collaborate meaningfully. I also started coaching leaders in the climate sector to create impact and success on their own terms.

I am currently training in ADHD coaching to better support neurodivergent leaders to find their own path in climate impact. I firmly believe that a truly diverse and happy workforce is what will lead us through the climate transition.

If you’re interested in working together, I’d love to hear from you!
