This programme includes:

A 90-minute kick-off session to really understand your career journey and establish your coaching goals.
12 weekly 60-minute coaching sessions. These aren't just check-ins, they're dedicated spaces in your calendar to help you get clear on what you want and start taking steps towards it.
Between our conversations, I'll share tools and frameworks that help you reflect, organise your thoughts, and stay motivated.

Clarity Workshop

Sometimes you just need space to think through one specific challenge with someone who really gets it. This 90-minute session is for when you're wrestling with a particular decision or situation and want to talk it through with someone who can help you see it clearly.

This 90 minutes workshop includes:

A pre-workshop questionnaire to understand exactly what's on your mind and frame the challenge at hand.
A 90-minute personal workshop to untangle the complexity, explore your options, and get clear on what you actually want to do. (We usually start with your career history to uncover your drivers, strengths and passion.)
Frameworks and tools that help organise your thinking.
You'll leave with a clear summary of where you landed and your next steps.

Hi, I’m Yujia. I'm a leadership coach for changemakers in the energy & climate sectors.

My passion for tackling climate change led me to a decade-long career leading clean energy initiatives across corporates, government agencies, and start-ups. But I kept running into the same challenge: the gap between vision and reality, and the toll it takes on the people doing this work.

Now, I help climate leaders create lasting impact by leaning into their authentic leadership. Whether you need ongoing support to navigate where you are now or are embarking on a new chapter, I'm here for the long haul that this work requires.
